We will not use your identifiable Uploaded Content for training our AI models without your explicit consent, unless otherwise stated for a specific tool.

- To maintain security and prevent fraud: We may use automatically collected information to help maintain the security and integrity of our Services.
Third-Party AI Processors: When you upload files for processing by certain AI tools on our Site, the content of these files may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers (e.g., Google AI) to perform the analysis. These providers have their own privacy policies and data handling practices, which you should review. We are not responsible for the data practices of these third parties.

We do not sell your personal information or Uploaded Content.

Uploaded Content: We aim to retain Uploaded Content only for the duration necessary to perform the requested processing and allow you to access the results. Uploaded Content may be automatically deleted from our active systems shortly after processing is complete or upon session end. Please note that due to the nature of backups and archival systems, copies of your Uploaded Content might persist in backups for a longer period but will not be used for active processing.
Other automatically collected data or contact information may be retained for longer periods as necessary for security, analytics, and operational purposes.
6. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process, including Uploaded Content.
